Welcome to Maturity Coach. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the website at maturity.coach and the Maturity Coach app (together, the "Services"), operated by Eugene Nkomba. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
You may use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial purposes and in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, attempt to access them by unauthorized means, or use them to infringe the rights of others.
The content on the Services — including articles, the self-assessment, daily reflections, and coaching resources — is offered for general informational and developmental purposes. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for professional care or a personal coaching engagement. You are responsible for decisions you make based on the content.

The Maturity Coach app stores the entries you create — such as journal notes and assessment answers — locally on your own device. You are responsible for that content and for keeping your device secure. The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Booking an exploratory conversation or engaging coaching services is subject to separate arrangements and any terms agreed at that time. Scheduling is handled through a third-party provider, whose terms also apply to that process.
All content and materials on the Services — including text, design, the Maturity Method, and the Ubuntu Roots Coaching™ Framework, a proprietary methodology created by Eugene Nkomba and owned by New South Technologies, LLC — are owned by or licensed to Maturity Coach and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or create derivative works from these materials without prior written permission, except for your own personal, non-commercial use.
The Services may link to third-party websites and tools (for example, scheduling and social platforms). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.
The Services are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maturity Coach and Eugene Nkomba will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services.
We may modify or discontinue parts of the Services, and may update these Terms from time to time. When we update them, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
