Human development consultant and keynote speaker. Helping individuals, organizations, and communities move from pain to power to purpose.
Book Session With Safia
In school, Safia was most likely to get in trouble for side chats with friends — because there was always something to think deeply about, even at that age. That same hunger for meaningful connection and deeper inquiry has carried through her career, and now anchors her work with leaders, organizations, and communities worldwide.
Safia's proudest professional accomplishment was leaving a successful linear private sector career in Canada to explore her personal and professional purpose in Kenya. That pivot — from established corporate trajectory to entrepreneurial calling in East Africa — epitomizes the transformational journey she now guides others through. It required self-knowledge, courage, and the willingness to design a life aligned with her deepest values rather than external expectations.
With over 15 years of experience across global and African contexts, Safia works at the intersection of human development, leadership transformation, and cultural ecosystem building. She supports individuals, organizations, and communities in moving from pain to power to purpose using conscious leadership, emotional intelligence, and immersive experience design.
At the core of her practice is the 3P Framework (Pain → Power → Purpose) — a transformational methodology that supports individuals and groups to move through change, reconnect with authenticity, and develop clarity, agency, and direction. Her work is trauma-informed, Co-Active trained, and grounded in a deep belief that people and systems can evolve in ways that are authentic, embodied, and sustainable.
