When you contact us through the website form or by email, we receive the details you choose to share — typically your name, email address, your role, and the content of your message. When you book a session, you provide scheduling details through our booking provider (see "Third-party services" below).
The Maturity Coach app is designed to keep your personal reflections private. Anything you create in the app — journal entries, mood check-ins, self-assessment answers, and results — is stored only in your own browser or device, using local storage. This information is not transmitted to us, not stored on our servers, and we cannot see it.
Because your app data lives on your device, clearing your browser's site data, or uninstalling the app, will permanently delete those entries. We have no copy and cannot recover them.
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information when you visit — such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and the pages you view. This is used to keep the site secure, reliable, and working properly.
The app uses your browser's local storage — not tracking cookies — to save your entries on your device so they're there when you return. Our hosting provider may set essential cookies needed for security and performance. We do not use advertising trackers or sell your browsing activity.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to operate our services (for example, with the scheduling provider when you book), to comply with the law, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
We keep messages and contact details for as long as needed to respond to you and to provide our services, and as required by law. App data is retained on your own device until you delete it.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information you have shared with us. To make a request, email eugene@maturitycoach.com. For information stored in the app, you are always in direct control — you can edit or delete any entry, or clear all of it, from your own device at any time.
The website and app are intended for adults and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We take reasonable measures to protect information under our control. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We are based in the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States or other countries. By using the site, you understand your information may be processed in these locations.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be reflected here.
